Refund policy

 

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. This is due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product. Only products that reach the customer in damaged condition or defective products shall be replaced.

 

To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at care@getmoral.com within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange).  Please include the Images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number. Please don't use the product. Once the products are used, we cannot offer a refund as the products cannot be resold to customers. Your product also comes with a one-year warranty and shall be replaced in case of any defects. Please refer to the terms of the warranty below.

 

For damaged or defective items - we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 

If approved, allow us 10 to 15 days from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be through bank transfers or to the original mode of payment. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 7 to 15 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated. It may take 7 – 15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

If, however, the order is placed through an online marketplace, please raise the issue to their customer service team. In such a case Moral Co. is not responsible for any damages caused.

Fair Usage Policy

We go to extensive lengths for smooth user experience. However, at times we need to be stringent with our policies to serve our customers better. We have noticed that although a vast majority of our customers have genuine concerns, where we are always upfront to support; there are some accounts that abuse our liberal return and exchange policies. These accounts typically return items, choose not to accept our shipments or demand cashback for issues that we are not responsible for. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to purchase these products themselves. To protect the right of our customers, our customer care support team reserves the right to assess, judge and then take the necessary action at their discretion.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty Policy

 

All products have successfully passed strict quality assurance processes. Our electric toothbrush comes with a one-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the date printed on valid invoice for a period of one year. 

 

If you ever encounter an issue with your Moral Co. product please first read the instruction manual to check if you are using the product correctly. If this does not resolve the issue, please send photos of your Moral Co. product fully assembled and fully taken apart by emailing care@getmoral.com and we will help you ASAP. Please make sure to provide the email or order number associated with your original Moral Co. order.

 

What does our warranty include?

 

Please note, our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, not product misuse or lost items. While we will provide support and assistance for all issues, we cannot offer a replacement if your Moral Co. product has stopped functioning or has physically broken from incorrect use (i.e. handling or storing it in a way other than that mentioned in the manual), or from general misuse.

 

*In the case of a warranty claim, you may be asked to send back the item for testing. If we do not receive these backs, we will not be able to replace future items for warranty requests.

 

Only Moral Co. products purchased through our website and authorized retail channels are eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. 

 

If there are any outstanding disputes of payments, orders or charges associated with your information, this will void your warranty until they are removed or resolved.
